How do I know how an item is packed

The item listing displays information on how the item is packed

  • each – means comes as a single item
  • Pkt10, Pkt20, Pkt50, Pkt100 – when an order is placed for one, you will receive the quantity in the pack. For example, if you order one packet of a brochure listed as Pkt100 you will receive 100 brochures.
  • RM500 – this means ream of 500. This is used for letterhead. It means if order one ream you will receive 500 sheets of paper.
  • Bx500 or Bx1000 – this is used for envelopes. It means if you order one box you will receive either 500 or 1000 envelopes.

 

How to check an item is in stock

Each item listing displays the current stock level. This is live data. If the stock level is zero, it means it is currently out of stock.

Please check stock levels before placing orders. If an order is placed for more than is in stock, the item will be placed on backorder

 

What if an item goes onto back order

If there is currently no stock for an item, your order will be placed on back order awaiting new stock.

When the item is receipted back into stock, it will be delivered to you.

 

What if I receive an item that I did not order or receive wrong quantity

Email IOOF Marketing Services with the order number and information about the order. IOOF Marketing Services will confirm the information with Immij and work out the best solution.

 

What if I ordered the wrong quantity of item and need to return stock

Email IOOF Marketing Services with order number and information. A return will be organised.

 

When will my product order be despatched?

If the order is placed before 12pm it will be processed and despatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be processed and despatched the next day.
